    Sounds like this chick is pissed she's fat and too weak of a person to do anything about it so she is venting on the Doc.

    Dr has an obligation to tell her of a medical condition. being too fat can kill you, plain and simple.

    She should concentrate on losing the weight instead of waisting time with litigation, etc. Some people just refuse to see the truth....and will try any angle to dodge it..

    I'm sorry, but I've read this a couple times now I and I can't tell what the MD did wrong. Hurting someones feelings does not warrant litigation. Correct me if I am wrong.

    well, she filed a complaint so far and that's all it says. if she goes to litigation, shame on her, but without knowing exactly what he said i don't think going off on her for just filing a complaint is completely fair. its a matter of he said she said so no one but the two of them will ever really know what happened.

    The DR. in front of his name gives him the right to tell his patients what in his professional opinion is the proper thing for his patients. If he told her she had cancer of the lung and said it was going to kill her, would she complain about that? Maybe he should send her a Pick-Me-Up bouquet of Twinkies. These PC people need to get a life.

    she has been to this doc like 6 times and a few other specialist for health problems due to her weight and was not getting the hint that she needs to lose it so finaly the doc was like you are fat and so is your hubby who you will probably out live and then you will be like the other obese woman and die alone. then the doc said she was on a local news channel and thanked the public for paying for her too see doctors cause of her problem. the doc was on the today show this morning. she has to blame somebody for her fat its not her fault she got that way :confused: BULL SHITE
