I am selling a pair of DCM TimeFrame TF700 speakers. They are a mirrored set; serial numbers 002492 and 002493. I have the original boxes and documentation, and could ship them at your cost. They also are available for pick-up in Berkeley, CA. These great speakers are yours for $200!

They have medium brown wood tops and bottoms with very dark brown (almost black) grille cloth. No blemishes (just a little dust :) )

I can't seem to upload any pictures to this forum. You can see the pics on CraigsList at:

Of course, there are 2 speakers, not just the one in the pic!

When you say "mirrored", you actually mean "consecutive" in reference to the serial numbers. That's not a mirrored loudspeaker, it's just a loudspeaker.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

When you try to attach pictures, don't preview the post.

Also what Russ was saying without saying it is that brand new members selling stuff in the flea market is frowned upon. Having your first post be "Hey, buy something from me." kind of gets you off on the wrong foot. I'm a bit more forgiving than others though, so I'll assume you just bought some new Polk's and are getting rid of your old speakers. So why don't you head over to the Speakers forum and tell us about your new gear. If you're not really here to talk about Polk speakers, you'll likely not get any action on your sale (for good reason).

You probably know better than I, but the product manual states that the TF700's are mirror-imaged loudspeakers and that to produce the desired reuslts, must be placed with the nameplate on the inside edges. Perhaps, I should have said, "mirror-imaged", rather than mirrored.

Cool. I am building my home theatre around Polk speakers, which is why I am here. I posted the 4 sale stuff first to prove to my wife that some of this stuff will actually leave the house.

It's cool of you to put them on our Flea Market at a reduced price from your Craiglist listing. I remember these from when CC used to sell them back in the early to mid 90s. Decent sounding, but lacked in the bottom end from what I can recall. I have to say, though, that was a time when my judgement could have been "slightly altered" :D .

    Good luck with your sale.
