I would pick the 400.4 simply for the excellent crossover network it has.

The 300.2 is from 50-250 Hz where the 400.4 is variable from 50-5,000 Hz. Much more flexibility with the 400.4.

I do not know what head unit he is running. So depending on what HU he has the nice crossover network on the 4ch. amp may not be necessary for his setup.

Another thing to consider is ease of installation. Tow amps is easier than the three :D . This is why I prefer 4ch. amps.

For dual MM2124's go with the 500.1. Thatll be around 300 watts to each. Not their max potential but definitely enough to get plenty loud! Besides, another 100 watts to each wont be that much noticeable.

The 300.2 will overpower a single 2124 so Id play it safe and stick with the 500.1. Plus itll be an easier install.

Ese stereo es muy bueno :). I think that if you wanted to run an active front stage, you could do it. It says "3-Way Digital Network selectable". That is a very nice head unit and what ever Polk amps you get will give you a nice setup.

    JBL GTO601.1 + C400.4?

what do you think guys abt this combo?

someone think that the JBL is like the same as the c500.1?

or the 500.1 is too much better ?

i ask that because i found and seller that have both amps. C400.4 and The JLB.

for your application, i think the 500.1 is a better choice. you'll get all the power you need and be able to have all your equipment match.

the jbl may be more powerful by a little, but you don't need it, and it'll stick out like a sore thumb.

if you're going to do the JBL then get a JBL 4 channel as well... or do the C400.4 polk and the 500.1 ... tha'ts my opinion.

Mine too. I dont like mixing amps simply cause it looks funky. Plus I think the Polk is a better amp than the JBL.
