I know everyone has to start somewhere, but with Zero posts I personally would not touch it. Feedback is usually the critical point that determines if I enter a bid. Good Luck.

Depends on how badly you want the item. If so, e-mail the seller and try to talk to him over the phone so you can get a sense of his/her trustworthiness. Inquire about a COD shipment.

It's not an outright scam- you know the ones that list about 30 highend auctions at once, all with stupidly low starting prices. See if they respond to emails, ask if they'll do an escrow, etc. Everyone has got to start somewhere.

True, try to communicate with the seller. See how long he/she takes to respond, seller's demeanor, etc....If you get one of those out of the office/country on business reponses, run fast...

But seriously, like the others said, you have to start somewhere. The seller being new may be an advantage because if the seller is legit, he would want to establish a good reputation.

Also, new sellers do stupid things like set the starting price too low, no reserve, don't realize that "buy-it-now" disappears on the first bid, etc. Every now & then you can get a good deal off a new bidder. Again, use caution, but there aren't any clear red flags just yet.

Looks good to me but I'm hesitant due to the 0 feedback. I would exercise caution but nothing alarming.
