This particular 2500u has the factory-installed 'VC5.1' upgrade, allowing you extended bass mgmt and volume control over the 5.1 analog inputs. The CSE 6.1 allows decoding of a rear center channel, and the addition of a rear sub (lfe) channel.
Original boxes / manuals, and I'm checking on factory warranty (these are VERY light use dealer demos)
