Can anyone point me in the direction of a decent 3 channel amplifier to use in my upcoming HT setup? I already have a Rotel RB1080 2 channel driving my fronts (LSi25's). Any suggestions? I have a budget of around $1200. Thanks.

    Parasound @ The Gon

315 @ 4 Ohms I believe. My less powerful Parasound 3ch can push my LSi9's as far as my ears can handle without any problem.

I saw a 99x series Rotel 3 channel amp on ebay the other day. I think it was BIN for $500... not a bad deal at all!

Not a bad price on a Lexicon 412 (aka bryston 8B-ST); it's got 4 channels:

You can bridge it a 400 wpc + two 120 wpc or two 400 wpc... and that'll be really conservative. Ask the guy what it says on that final check out sheet- it's probably at least 150 wpc.

If it were branded bryston it'd go for about $1600, and still be under warranty. As it stands, it's a great price and it'll never break.

Not too many companies make 3 channels anymore, so you might have better luck getting a used one. I came across this just today. You can ask Sid about Adcom products since he seems to love them.

Have you considered a five channel amp? That way when you get a pre/pro you will have seven channels available for future upgrades.
