Old McIntosh System--HELP!!!!

I have the following system (Garrard A70 Turntable, JBL D-130A Woofers, JBL 175-DLH HF Drivers, JBL N-1200 Networks, McIntosh C-11 Preamp, MC-240 Power Amp and MR-67 FM Tuner). Everything worked "great" in 1997 when I put the system in a closet for storage. When I put everything back together last week, there is no sound. The tubes glow but the tuner doesn't make a sound and the turntable does not turn. I love this old system. How do I begin to troubleshoot and repair it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. First of all Bob, welcome to the forum. Secondly, you have Mc.Intosh. I envy you. My mid-fi system sucks.
