You were close but while those characteristics are banned in France, they have no reliable method of testing for them.

Q- Why did EuroDisney in france have to cancel the nightly fireworks display?
A- A local French military base thought they were under attack and were looking for someone to surrender to.

Rule #1 in French warfare history- they have never been succesful when led by a frenchmen.

The only 2 times ever were by a corsican (Napoleon) and a paranoid-schitzophrenic female (Joan of Ark).

It wouldnt matter if the French busted Armstrong. All he would have to do is challange the charges and the French would surrender.

    Kinda like the joke:
"Why are French tanks so expensive on the black market? Caused theyve never been fired and only driven in reverse!"

    Or:
"Why are French military rifles so expensive? Cause theyve never been fired and only dropped once!"

Our friends the French have been the same for 2000 years starting with the Gallic Wars, I doubt they've changed much in the last year, so the joke is still very much valid! :p

The French Foreign Legion is the only good thing to be branded French in ages. I'm naturally generalizing, but I don't need France to survive, so who cares.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    Mmmmmmm. Focal.

I hate to admit it but I too love Focal speakers. The Polyglass car speaker is an astounding work of art and at only $400 too.
