So... as some of you are aware I have worked at State Farm Insurance Co. for about 2 years now on an internship thing...

Well this friday it's my last day and I have did everything to try to stay here. It's going to be hard to walk away from all the work I've done and people I have helped. The experience I have gained cannot be matched considering I'm 19 and have seen business plans, processes, and all the downfalls unfold.

My mom says bigger and better, but I don't know how much better you can get whenever you are 19 and just starting college.

So I'm back into the job market... and I'm going to be very very picky and make sure I find something that I WANT to do... I mean I still live at home so I can go awhile with no money... and sometimes I'd rather have less cash and be happy in the end.

So this Friday I'm forced to close a great chapter of my life... but hopefully everything will turn out A-O.k. in the end.

Sounds like you really liked it there. It may be a bummer to have to leave but remember, the one they can't take away from you is the experience you got working there. Experience builds resumes and you got on the right track at an early age.

Now you can take what you have learned from State Farm and apply it to your next job.

    Good luck
