Need info on Monitor Series 2 M5

Greetings to all.
I have just come across a pair of Polk Monitor Series 2 speakers for $125. I assume they are M5 speakers as the serial number begins with "M5...." They are in very good condition, except that one of the tweeters is weaker than the other. When I move the suspect tweeter to the other cabinet, the sound problem goes with it.
I can't find any information about these speakers, though I've looked everywhere. I would appreciate an assessment of the speaker and knowing what a fair price would be if they were both in perfect shape. Given that a replacement tweeter costs 48 dollars, that would pull the price up to $173 for the pair. Is this good value for the money?

Not at all. I'm a Goodwill store habitue' and came across this incredible find. The M5 seems perfect for my application, but I'm at a loss as to how to value it.
