    oh ok

    yea ive got alot of tools cuz my dad knows alot about carpentry. so i guess itll still take some time.

    my dad and i, using a table saw and a power drill, whipped up a very nice sealed box in under an hour, from measuring on the MDF to listening to the sub.

    to contrast, i'm glassing kicks for my car right now (the prototype is finally finished! w00t!) and it's taken me about fifteen full 6-hour evenings so far.

    if you have equivalent tools and skill to my dad and myself, a nice slot-port box should take under three hours - well under three hours if you've worked something like this before.

    i wish my dad would help me...its nice to have a set of extra hands when youre cutting a big **** sheet of 3/4 mdf.

    Neo, once you learn how to be efficient, you could do those kick panels in 3 days including sanding

    yep, the 15 days is for the entire process...

    i started with a screwdriver and an idea, and now i have a fully functional prototype... the real ones should take about 3 or 4 days, yep... it was the learning-as-you-go bit that took the time...

    yea, i should be installing a nice little set of components in my g/fs car soon. Ill be making another, much nicer set of kick panels for her car
