Hi,

I was thinking about upgrading from a DX12 to a Momo2124 however i can't find a retail store in massachusetts which sells polk so i can't actually listen to the momo before i buy it. I was wondering what everyone's thought were on how much of an improvement the momo is compared to the dx. Do you reccomend an upgrade or am i better off sticking with the dx and saving money?
Kevin

there's not much difference... to me, they sound the same... only reasons to upgrade would be ....

1- you have gotten new polk gear and want all the stuff in your vehicle to match.
2- you have damaged your dx sub.
3- the dx is just getting worn out from years of use and abuse.

the old dx stuff was so good that i was buying old stock and used equipment for years when polk discontinued it and went to the GNX and all that jazz. i liked the sound of the old dx components better than the original momo components.
