Hi,

I just scored on a local pair of SDA's ( Serial's 3310 and 3635)
Does anyone know the differences between the older (mine) and the new. I can tell the tweeter is different. I will be picking up these tomorrow. Thanks to everyone in the forum for the help. I will post pics soon.

I do plan on replacing the tweeter's with silk one. Help on that topic is appreciated as well!!

Here they are...

You bought a pair of SDA SRS's, not SDA SRS 1.2's. Do a search on here, plenty of info to be found.

hope you have a van or truck. those suckers are big AND heavy you'll need a friend to help you load and unload them. don't try doing it yourself. @ 185 lbs each. you'll kill yourself.

move them laying flat on their backs... and with a thick foam pad or mattress underneith them.

once home. hook up and sit back and prepare to be blown away. :D

If he's not transporting them in an enclosed vehicle, shouldn't he remove one of the drivers to keep from "freezing up" some of the 6 1/2s ? I know I ran into this problem with my Mon 10s. Just a need to know question for when I get me a set of those BADASS speaks.

Oh and BTW, congrats you lucky bastage;) :p , on the acquisition. I'm sure you'll be in awe.
