LSiC issue

I just bought LSi15's with the LSiFX and LSiC and paired them with a new Denon 3805. First off it sounds amazing. I'm not used to the frequencies that I'm hearing now :D . The issue is the left midrange speaker on the LSiC isn't making any noise at all. Well, it acts more like a passive radiator than a speaker and it definitely doesn't sound like the other midrange speaker. At first I thought maybe it's because of a crossover or something, but now I'm thinking it's somehow unhooked itself. Can I open it without **** up the warranty? What do you think?
