Mobile PC Taker

I don't know much at all about computer technology, but I ran across this item recently ...

The Mobile PC NoteTaker allows you to take handwritten notes and download them later onto your PC. You can buy it for only $99. This is exactly the kind of thing I was looking for, but I don't know how well it will actually work. It seems like a fairly new item and didn't find any reviews on it yet. I don't like using PDAs for note taking and a laptop computer is cumbersome for my specific use, so this hand writing tool seems pretty cool, esp. for the price.
Just wondering what some of you tech heads think about it and whether it is worth purchasing.
Thanks.

First, where are you seeing the mobile version for only $99
Second, WTF is A4 paper size?
Third, does it just store everything including handwriting as an image, or does it have some type of OCR software installed that will convert your handwriting into text? From their FAQs, it looks like it's just going to save everything as an image and send that image over to your PC. That may work for you, but not for me - I actually need to be able to bring handwriting over as text so that I can make changes to it, copy it into a document, etc.
Four, their FAQ section looks like it was written by either someone who doesn't speak English very well or a four year old, can't tell which.
I'm in your same shoes, and have been looking for something other than a PDA or laptop - this device seems to have a couple of major deficiencies that I personally can't deal with - I need regular paper size, and I ned my handwritten notes stored as text... -

A4 is slightly larger than an 8.5 x 11 sheet. It is popular in other countries
