WTF are these????

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5790064215&category=14993&rd=1

they're only 12 1/2" wide, so those are pretty small drivers for Bozaks. Anyone got insight on these?

I don't have a clue, but for $300 BIN, they might be an interesting listen. If I lived near there, I'd probably pick them up, just out of curiosity.

    I hope they're efficient at 16 ohms.

I'm looking at that 8610 code on the back. That should indicate a manufacture date of Oct 1986, long after Bozak's heyday.

Every decent original Bozak design included the 12" woofer, and multiples of it.

I also believe the EE designator at the beginning of the serial number indicates it was a kit.

Those aren't too far from me, but I'm gonna pass.

    Ugly!

Looks like a kit speaker where the cabs were a "DIY"
    Ludicrous gibs!

The Bozak speakers are the CMA 209's. They were made as a PA type speaker for outdoor/indoor use. Mostly used by a band or in concert halls. 2 way system using the B209 midranges and the 200 series tweeters.
