Hall of Fame Sticky?

Has a Sticky Hall of Fame ever been considered for links to threads that members consider worthy of such an honor based on merit or otherwise (drop dead amusing)?
The nominated thread would need 5 votes for example to make it into the Hall of Fame.
Votes would be made in the nominated thread to keep the Hall of Fame thread clean and short.
I'd be willing to maintain the one for Vintage Speakers if everyone thinks this is a good idea.
