An apology to all.

I would like to apologize to everyone here for the past three months or so. I never intended to "EVER" offend anyone or bother anyone with what I post. I also never intended to post so many times in such a short period of time, it kinda just happened.
Work has been so slow and to pass time I read alot of what goes on here and do make "random" post here and there, but with no harm ever intended. With that said, I have also made some positive contributions. I need not point them all out. I've met, in person, several cool people and through correspondance many, many more. There was never any intention of being the fastest to post **** number of times, or anything like that. I had pointed that out, jokingly, earlier, and that seemed to bother a few of you, and I apologize. I started reading here at CP about 9 months ago, and never made a post until after I had purchased a vintage set of RTA 8TLs. Through what I've read and learned here over the past several months, I have purchased several more sets of Polks(thanks SCompRacer and MSkeezer), among others(thanks caseymou), and have also purchased a source(thanks Zero), and cables(thnks Comet91). All were done because of what I've picked up here. I get involved and I guess sometimes I shouldn't. Audio is a passion of mine and I assume it is with the rest of you, also or you wouldn't have stumbled across this site. I'll do my best to try to not derail anymore threads and to only post pertinent information if that's the way it's supposed to be. I was just having a little fun and never meant any harm, disrespect, or offense towards anyone, period.

Sincerely,

Noel Driver

Don't know what happened Noel, but a message board is for posting. I would suggest that you tell whoever told you that you offended them with your posts to put you on their ignore lists so that they aren't offended.

    Happy posting to you!:D

Exactly. ND, your posts are great compared to the crap swerve posts. I'm sure now swerve will post a partial song lyric with the word "exactly" in it.

You know guys and gals, I might not be an electrical engineer or an audio "expert", but I do know a little and I usually only give advice on the gear I've had experience with. I do ask questions about things that interest me or about gear I'm considering to acquire at some point in time. I don't believe that I have ever given out any BAD info. I have given out info that had been given to me that wasn't completely correct, but there was some confusion about what speakers I actually have. I've learned a great deal these last several months and hopefully I've helped a few lost souls at the same time. I appreciate all the kind words from all and I don't have any issues with Swerve. He just pointed out, rightly so, that I throw out random thoughts and derail threads sometimes by doing so. I didn't want this to start any stonings towards anyone. I'm probably one of the easiest persons to get along with and will try to keep it that way.

Also keep in mind this is a place to learn about/discuss audio. Even if you were to give out bad advice (and thought it was correct at the time), someone would call you on it and you would learn from the interaction. It's a process that allows these forums to exist.

I read my qoute and thought it could be interpreted another way...Just wanted to clear this up

By this quote, I was specifically referring to giving out bad (well intentioned) advice..
