    good ol photoshop :rolleyes: not too bad though.

    heres the pic the way it was intended I guess? bmp's don't act the same as other formats on this forum.

    Our city council voted to put red-light cameras at major intersections rather than airplane enforced speed traps.

    We've got those everywhere.....in addition to the mobile radar trap vans, the intersection hardware on several stretches of road just in the middle of the block, and they've proposed putting 8-12 of them along a stretch of highway to "see how well it works"........eff them all

    Overseas, they use speed cameras a LOT, particularly in Britain. I was watching a British car show the other day, and they said that there's actually a book of maps for the country that lists EVERY SINGLE speed camera on the motorways. That's a lot!
