RT 12s,bright,warm,I need some input.

I was offered a pair of RT 12s for a very low price and I wanted some input on their overall sound quality, I wiil be running them with my Yamaha htr 5790 as a pre/pro and audiosource amp 3 driving them.:)

    Are they really RT 12s, or are they the RTi12?
