Good Buyer/seller List Update

Ever so often I clear out the "new" positive transactions on the list so that everyone can see what an individual has done lately. Last time was 1-1-05 so it is time to clean it up again. I will leave it up for a few more days before I change it. The total # of deals will stay.

Is this thread a help to you guys? Is it worth keeping going or has it run it's course? No big deal either way.
