get your long-distance phone bill, eh?

I hate that when you can't figure out who you've called for 53 minutes twice a week... :)

I heard Rancho Cucamonga was a very fast growing community.

If I lived in a town called Free **** and **** and Everything, I'd STILL want to live in a town called Rancho Cucamonga. COOL name.

indeed, you are right, Mr. Grand! it grows by leaps and bounds, since LA has become a very expensive place to live, and RC is only 45 minutes eastbound.

Roy, the stadium is only 7 min. away from where I live, very spacious stadium, but I think it's a bit under utilized.

Way back in the day, it was a stop on the way from LA to Palm Springs, conducter would always have a special way of calling the Cucamounga stop, it was just a dot off of Route 10 when I lived near there for about 15 yrs, yea though, very cool name, and bet its grown alot, I lived in Fontana, another dot, home of a steel mill, now the mill is and the city is home to a major nascar track, things change.

Cucamonga was the town where Zappa had his first studio, "Studio Z".

Is that "Rancho" Cucamonga today? Same town?

Story handed down is that he did in fact make a tape.

Lets face it, he was a pretty out of the mainstream early on, and looked it as well. When he got the studio, the bulls went undercover and asked him to make a pornographic AUDIOtape. Again, his story was that he put a couple of moaning girls jumping up on an old mattress, and added background music. He delivered the tape and was popped.
