RT1000i, cs400i, LSifx for surrounds????
Hello to all, I have been using Polk speakers for a while now and am happy to join ClubPolk...
I am in the process of purchasing new surround speakers. I like the FXi5 and realize that it would sound good w/my system.
I was wondering if the LSifx would match or sound better even though it has different woofers and tweeters than the RT and CS line?
Thanks and happy to join you...

Stick with the FXi5's. The LSI's will not match. They are in a class by themselves. They will probably sound alot better unless you want to go with LSI's all the way around.:DMarantz AV-7705 PrePro, Classé 5 channel 200wpc Amp, Oppo 103 BluRay, Rotel RCD-1072 CDP, Sony XBR-49X800E TV, Polk S60 Main Speakers, Polk ES30 Center Channel, Polk S15 Surround Speakers SVS SB12-NSD x2

Ms. Frizz is on the money. Within the RTxxxi line Fxi 5, 30, 50 etc. will be your best choices.

Agree w/ all of the above. The surrounds should not be the most expensive speakers in the system.
