    to bad it has so damn many miles. Sweet looking truck. I do love those old Alpine amps. RIP 1507...

    Home Setup: Sony VPL-VW85 Projo, 92" Stewart Firehawk, Pioneer Elite SC-65, PS3, RTi12 fronts, CSi5, FXi6 rears, RTi6 surround backs, RTi4 height, MFW-15 Subwoofer.

    Car Setup: OEM Radio, RF 360.2v2, Polk SR6500 quad amped off 4 Xtant 1.1 100w mono amps, Xtant 6.1 to run an eD 13av.2, all Stinger wiring and Raammat deadener.

    Definitely. You like the new models out this year? I think theyre pretty bad **** but Ive always had a sweet spot for anything Alpine.

    I don't like how the new ones look - at all. So much so, I wouldn't own one. But that's subjective.

    looks in car audio mean very little to me (except in HU's, I want something bland and clean looking). I haven't had a lot of experience with the new Alpines but I did love those old ones... 1507, 757, 407... MMMMMMMM

    FYI for anyone with a 1507/757. Open it up and run 8awg power cable to the speaker terminals internally. It gained 4db to my buddies SPL machine (single 1507 and dual Type R 12's in a probe, from 150 to 154db on the dash)... that was about 3 years ago though.
