Banana Plug question

Really basic question, but I have never used anything buy bare wire before.
Are there different sizes of banana plugs? The inner diameter of the binding post on my Adcom 545 seem to be much larger than the ones on my Polk monitor 7C's.
Thanks,
Todd

My bananas are the ones from partsexpress really cheap ones. from browsing at the store some might be a little bigger and flex less so that it's a snug fit and more contact...other than that there wasn't a specific size listed on the banana plugs that i saw. You can always talk to adcom or something and see if they know..
Hope this helps,

You can get expanding ones- they start small, you turn a screw & they expand. Cobalt has them.Gallo Ref 3.1 : Bryston 4b SST : Musical fidelity CD Pre : VPI HW-19
