Hello all,

I'm putting my nearly unused jolida sj-801a up for sale due to a family status change. I bought this for my mother, and recently completed my Eico HF-81 restoration which will replace the Jolida in her system. My mother listens mainly to vinyl at low volume, and the Eico does this very well, and since Jolida has no phono stage it's a shame running it in her system, especially the power which she isn't even close to tapping. The Jolida has less than 50 hours total use, and comes with the following tube compliment.

4 Svetlana 6550c output tubes

2 1980's raytheon 6SN7's

1 Sovtek 12AU7 LPS

This one runs 70wpc, has cd, tuner, and aux inputs, gold plated speaker and rca connectors, and both 4 and 8 ohm taps. It has the nice gold finish and cosmetics are a solid 9.9 out of 10. Have original box and packing foam and owners manual. The pic is courtesy of the Jolida website, but I will take detailed pics if needed. More info at http://www.jolida.com/catalogue/models/jd801a.shtml

I'd need $800 for this one. Contact me for more pics and info.

The nice thing is it sounds as good as it looks. It beats my Mac C-28/MC2100 combo, but to be fair the MC2100 should be recapped etc. Bass drive through my SDA1C's is phenominal with the 6550 tubes, and seems to have much more power than rated. The sad thing is I have no place to keep it away from my kids unless I store it which is a waste of a fine amplifier to say the least. I forgot to mention, the purchase price includes UPS ground shipping. Cheap tube power here guys, these list at $1500, and rarely come up on that auction site or anywhere else. My loss is your gain!

70w/ch of tube power? Sounds like a lot of power for that price...
