RTi8 vs LSi7 ???
I was in the city today and stopped by to finally hear the latest offerings from Polk. The store had a limited selection. But I did manage to hear the RTi8. The imaging was amazing for such a lousy acoustical setup.
I never thought I would consider floor standing speakers but these changed my mind. I haven't been truly wowed by a speaker since I head the 10A's back in 1980. Anyway, for those that have had the opportunity to compare, I would appreciate your opinion between the LSi7 (or 9) and the RTi8.
Thanks.

with the right equipment, the LSI's will smoke the 8's without a problem. But you can't run the LSI's off a receiver alone like you can with the 8's. I mean, you can but it won't be putting them to their full potential, or even half potential.Never kick a fresh **** on a hot day.
