Hey, Im interested in replacing my car speakers in my 1992 Plymouth Acclaim. I know, it sounds like a dying effort, however, I love it. Im 19 and attending Millersville University in Pa. My four door speakers are blown and Id like to put in a head unit and 4 speakers including subwoofers. Do they make head units that also take upc plugins for Mp3 players? Any advice on what to get/ where to get it??? Any advice would be appreciated.

    quit being retarded...

zach - many headunits come with auxiliary inputs, some with a mini-input (standard headphone jack). take a look at www.pioneerelectronics.com, www.kenwoodusa.com, and www.alpine.com and see if you can't find one in your price range.

for speakers, we always reccommend no rear speakers, because fronts-only provides better sound quality, but including rears will give you a bit more volume (at the price of more amplification, of course). what's your budget, we'll be able to help more knowing that?

Hell, most CD players now play MP3's themselves. Although I dont understand why anybody would want to. Why listen to a sub standard audio source when you could be listening to CD's?
