Didn't Moore also play in Sherlock Holmes?

Well since we have covered the best Bond, the best single movie, and of course the best Bond girl, now who was the best Bond villian? For some reason, to me, Cristopher Walkin in VTAK is the first to pop in my mind. He was a PSYCHO in that one.

Yes she was, and STILL is. I think she still looks good for any age, much less her own. I don't care if she is 50 or 60 years old now, I'd still hit it in a New York Minute!

His girlfriend in Moonraker was probably the ugliest Bond girl ever!

Best Villian? Has to be Max Zorin (Christopher Walken)in "A View to A Kill" I'm not huge Moore fan, but I am a big Walken fan. There are some others too, but it's early in the morning.

Thanks for the pics Dragon! Yup I grew up watching the Saint, when I heard he got picked for 007 I was thrilled! He took all that handsome, suave, & coolness into the part. Added on a shocking touch of very dangerous man to mess with & we had a winner!

I also like Sean Connery, however I only got to like him after seeing him in other stuff & then watching his version of Bond. I like him much better now, than I did then. He has definately improved with age.

He had the most god awful toupee I have ever seen & they always insist on putting one on him. Everyone knows he is bald, they should just let him stay that way.

My favorite villian is also Jaws!

PS What was the make of the car that Roger drove in the Saint? That car was beyond COOL!!!

He was a decent villian in The Spy Who Loved Me. It got out of hand in Moonraker (and one of the reasons I think Moonraker ranks among the worst Bond movies)

The Volvo P1800 is also a fairly dependable and durable vehicle. There are at least 2 doucmented Two Million+ mile (2,000,000) 1800s in the US. One is still driven by the original owner and the other is still in the original owner's family.

I liked "Moon Raker", and "Jaws" was also my favorite villan. Its been years since I saw this movie, so it may suck to me now as well.

I liked the white Lotus that Bond drove that also turned into a submarine, as my favorite James Bond vehicle.

That would probably get my vote for best car as well. Either that, or the BMW in Goldeneye.

How about another category, best theme song? I'd say Live and Let Die, A View To A Kill (yes, Duran Duran), or Nobody Does It Better.

Don't get me wrong, the Volvo is sharp, but there is something about an Aston Martin. My favorite Bond car is the Vanquish in the one with Halle Berry. I don't care if it can disappear or not, got to see one in person . Their interiors are butta. The British have it all over everybody, even Audi, when it comes to interiors. Take a look inside a Bentley Continental GT coupe if you ever get a chance. They also let you pick and choose virtually any leather , wood and colors one could imagine. They should, though, considering the moola.:p

You are correct sir. They still have some Brits on the design teams though. It's like the best of both worlds, German engineering and British style. Ford owns AM and Jaguar, and that was the best thing that ever happened to both. They actually have a decent electrical system in them now.

    Ok I’m starting to de-rail this thread but I have a joke……

Why do the English always drink warm beer?

Because they all own Lucas refrigerator’s……BAWAHHWAAH WAAAAA

Seriously I know what you mean with AM & Jag no more electrical quirks.

Darling, I know that the movie is geared to you fellas so that you can drool all over the Bond women & lust after the fancy cars.

Now when I was younger I thought James Bond via RM was to die for, & I would have loved to be one of his girls. Or at the very least I understood perfectly how Miss Moneypenny felt.

THEN I GREW UP! Now I see JB for what he is: A DOG WHO CAN'T WAIT TO TAKE IT OUT! In between saving the world. I also came to that realization with Jim Kirk on Star Trek.

I have the last movie, and I have to say I don't blame Pierce Brosnan for not wanting to do anymore. They have exchanged a storyline for a bunch of explosions (most of them so implausible that I couldn't suspend my imagination that far.) & supposedly hot sex scenes.

I need more than that, for it to be a good movie. So my 007 watching days are most likely over regardless of what cute hunk they get to play him.
