Rain...

...and a lot of it. We just got a touch over 4 inches of rain in about 45 minutes. Bit of marble-sized hail and plenty of cloud to ground lightning mixed in there, too.

Arkansas spring, I guess. Actually we've not really gotten our usual share of severe weather this spring. Not that I'm complaining...

I'm going to go find my boat and see if I can get to the mailbox now.

    Holy Sheet! 4" in less then an hour, that's damn scary. We've had a record wet winter but nothing like that. Our yearly average here in SoCal is roughly 9" we hit nearly 24". We had days of nothing but downpouring rain with the worst being about 6" in a 3 day period.

    We got something like that here in Chatty.

    It was like pouring water out of a boot for over an hour!
