    Wow. It didn't "come to me". But, maybe I didn't try long enough. Very strange.

    You've got to smoke a doober first, then start pressing different buttons, eventually the guy will move to the next level.

    You basically just click those two button controller things ( one has a picture of a ladder, the other seems to control steam).

    Some combination of clicking gets a ladder to come up. Then go up to the top of the ladder, get teh gear goin, game over.

    I cant get off the first level.

    Ive smoked my bowl and used the key to activate the switch but thats as far as I can go! :(
