US Acoustics Quality?

hey guys, im thinking seriously abt start importing some amps (500-1000) to my country and later resell it. An Importer from my country contacted me with the factory of US Acoustics Amps, and after a few emails i have 2 choices buy low end amps or just high end (they call high end at the boards that use US Acoustics Amps). They are the manufacturers of many brands in the market..... so, what do you guys think about US Acoustics Amps? will be ok ? or i need to try to get an better amp? someone tested some of that amps?


im in contact with like 10 diferents Manufacturers and i will test an amp from each one.

but i want to know what do you think abt US Acoustics of course :)

if US Acoustics is bad and they called highend board i really dont want to test the Low End AMps :D


they are cheap, like 60 U$S each one placed in my country, but i need to buy like 500-600 Units :S

    I can't speak for their equipment within the past 3-4 years but they used to be a local Pawn Shop's brand of car audio (literally). They ranked right there with Pyramid and Legacy. Again, this was about 4 years ago.
    Never kick a fresh **** on a hot day.

    Home Setup: Sony VPL-VW85 Projo, 92" Stewart Firehawk, Pioneer Elite SC-65, PS3, RTi12 fronts, CSi5, FXi6 rears, RTi6 surround backs, RTi4 height, MFW-15 Subwoofer.

    Car Setup: OEM Radio, RF 360.2v2, Polk SR6500 quad amped off 4 Xtant 1.1 100w mono amps, Xtant 6.1 to run an eD 13av.2, all Stinger wiring and Raammat deadener.

    well i think that pyramid is an crap brand at least here in argentina.......

    if you need a reliable, cheap amp thatll put out close to its rated power, US Acoustics is for you. Theyre not the best amps out on the market, but theyll beat out most of the stuff at their price point

    Agreed.

    As for budget amps you cant beat Profile. They are built pretty solid for their price point and make their rated power.

    Theyre ok. As far as flea market amps go or a brand that you would find in a Wal-Mart this one is one of the better ones.

    Its not in the same league as Profile tho.

    please dont spread false info,

    US Acoustics used to run Zed Audio boards, some of the best in the industry, they no longer have ZEd audio boards in the new amplifers, but they still are a step ahead of profile or any of the "flea market" brands

    What false info?

    US Acoustic is a cheap line of amps. Nowhere near the league of MTX or Xtant but more along the lines of a Profile. Which is a compliment as far as Im concerned. Dollar for dollar, Profile may be the best amp on the market. Very well made and they make their rated power cleanly. Thats all you need from an amp.
