Is this similar to the Dynaudio DVD that came with an issue of Stereophile recently?

No clue, This is supposed to show you about the 800 series speakers and have some good audio tracks. I haven't watched it yet.

The Dynaudio DVD has an overview of their design and manufacturing processes. The DVD lasts about 20-30 minutes, some cool music but it wasn’t supposed to be a demo for music. So…..it sounds similar.

I got mine shipped to me in 4 days from when I requested it. It has some DTS only tracks as well as some information on their speaker design. Recommend you all re-submit the form. Mine was shipped from the states.

I only watched part of it but it really makes me want to try the 800 series speakers.
I know I will audition them in the near future.

I filled out the form again because it's been a little more than 5 weeks now. I have never actually auditioned a pair of B&W's so I'm curious. From what I've heard it's either a speaker you love or hate.

.....in a really nice hardback book from my local High end dealer. Pretty cool stuff.
I listened to the 800 Diamond series, amazingly detailed and crisp highs, and alot of punch in the bass dept. as well.

Mine just came today :D The little letter inside was dated May 4th... considering it came from the UK, I guess long delivery times can be expected. I'd assume they shipped it the absolute slowest and cheapest they could to save money...

Make The Devil Mad track is freakin great, especially in the chorus... completely gigantic sounding...w00t w00t

The DTS only tracks sound slightly odd on the 2 channel setup though...
    - Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.
