    The same thing that makes Dynaudio's better than Panasonics or BMW's better than Hyundai's!

    Build quality is better. The components used are better quality. The crossover is much better and uses higher quality parts. The overall design is better.

    You get what you pay for and I am willing to guarantee you anything that when these come out and you cruise down to your local Tweeter and A/B these with the 6500's you will know instantly where your money is going.
