Paint outdoor speakers neccessary?
Do the atrium 45 indoor/outdoor white speakers need to be painted? The user manual discusses painting them on the first couple of pages. Leading me to think they are only primered.

Hi! painting them i think is for aesthetics only, got some two year old atriums exposed, they're still ok.

You do not need to paint them, I've had a pair of BA's outside for 5 years. When they got dirty, I just used some Fantastic Cleaner and a garden hose. Painting them will just cause a maintenance issue.
