Well, watch the Season Finale last night, bummer that it's over, since there are so many new twists at the end. Now that Deadwood and Bill Maher seasons are done, I supposed I can turn off HBO for the next few months...:)

btw, since I don't want to spoil the last episode, just in case some c*$k s@$*ers haven't watch it, but what's up with Wu and Swearingen getting rid of Hearst's SF guy?
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

Glad to hear it's ending, the Season II dvds should follow shortly.

I bought Season 1 blind and loved every minute of it. Can't wait for the next round, great stuff.

Thought about adding HBO just for Deadwood but the cost to do that would be more then buying the seasons on dvd.
    If...
Ron dislikes a film = go out and buy it.
Ron loves a film = don't even rent.

Hearst realized that the SF C$%#$#$^ wasn't getting along with the rest of the chinese in camp. He especially didn't like the idea of buring the dead chinese whores. He told Al that he wanted to have a "demonstration" of Wu's ability. No more Lee.

HBO off for the summer? Are you kidding? Entourage is about to start up again as well as 6 feet under. HBO never has an off season.

I think I will get the DVDs because sometimes you need to rewind to understand the dialogue. Its damn tough to follow sometimes.

Great stuff indeed. Is the guy that got "gutted" dead, or back next season?

After searching a while I finally found my answer, Jack McCall and Frances Willcott are played by the same person.

thanks for the explanations, bill. I was just surprised that Swearingen went the extra efforts to get rid of Lee's clan when Hearst already agreed to give Wu the works.

Hearst didn't agree to give it to Wu, he wanted to see a demonstration of what Wu and his chinese could do. Hearst sanctioned getting rid of Lee. Hearst just wants everything to run smoothly so there are no distractions from mining the gold. He doesn't care who gets run over.

I'm a little surprised that Wilcot hung himself, but I guess he realized that we was a ****.

Oh and Entourage should be good, can't wait.

Wilcot did NOT hang himself. Hearsts' "thug" did the hanging.

I don't think so, Wilcot was writing a letter in his room and there was a rope on the desk (or near it anyway) sure looked like a man about to hang himself.

agreed! I saw that coming too. He has been officially reprimanded by Hearst, and in essence was told, "You are NOT my **** anymore", go fu$# yourself, and he did! in a big way....

I think he knew that he wouldn't be able to carry on with his life the way he was used to without being able to throw around the Hearst name. He lost his identity and had no reason to live.

    I stand corrected.

So, since you are making Entourage sounds like something worthwhile to watch, I did some research, and it looks like lots of people feel the same way. I think I might have watch an episode or two, but wasn't really follow the storyline. I ran into an ad at Newegg.com, and they have the first season for $27.49 and free shipping, so I ordered it, to get ready for the second season. I used to watch 6 feet under religiously, but I lost interest in their third season, I think.

Btw, any idea if Soprano will continue, Bill?

aw, shuck! March 06 would be too long to wait. By then, Meadow would already be working on wall street! Thanks for the heads up, though! They should make all the characters to speak like Swearingen, then it would be REALLY fun to watch! :)

I've been waiting for this! I caught most of the first season, and about half of the second. When does the season 2 set come out?
