EX346 Installation

Hey, I bought some EX346s a couple weeks ago with the plastic thingy on top that lets you direct where you want the sound to go. I have them installed in my 1993 Grand Prix, and I forgot about the grill I have over my front speakers, so now I can't use the neat sound directional thing. The guys at ABC warehouse wanna charge me another installation fee to show me how to take off my front dash in order to get to the front speakers. Would anybody happen to know how to take off the front dash of a 1993 Grand Prix?
