I was just curious about who all out there owns these speakers (rt55i's) and what they think of them.

I do and i love them.... i have heard alot of bookshelf speakers and none that sound as good as these do. I have heard many floorstanding speakers that dont out do these speaks too!!

the 55's and the 55i's have a loyal following.
i have the 55's and love them. they currently pull surround duty in my home theater set up. they were my mains back in the day. would never get rid of them, too good a speaker, and sentimental value (wifey bought me these as an engagement gift).

I was lucky too find a pair of RT55i's back in the day at CC Open Box- and got an excellent deal on them. Some fool had actually traded them in- On what? I have no clue. Anyway...they were in mint condition and are my rear surrounds on my HT. I too...will never part with them.
