I have a chance to get a cs350ls for a good price..
Is the 245 better ?
I`m thinking of using 2 ea 245 centers , but using the 350
would mean only one center on the tv..

I have the 350 and love it. I consider only the 400, CSi40, and in some instances the 1000p to be the few Polk centers to better the 350.

I think it looks better than all of those on top of a TV also, since it has a long low profile instead of the boxy look that the bigger woofs require.

    asking $125..

I was going to use my two 245 as right and left ch comming out of the amp...even though the signal will be going from AVR to y-connect, to r/l channels in mono ( I think)

Definately worth the asking price. It will resell here if you don't like it. I already have one but would take it for that.

If I understand you that is what I am doing with mine.
I actually run 3 speakers in the front and the 2 on the sides are running off a seprate amp. splitting the center pre-out signal.
    Works great for me.
