Hey guys has any one heard of a rotel RB-965-AX 6 channel power amp. I have looked all over for spec's and can't find a thing. I even tried the rotel home page with no luck. Thanks in advance as always.

Are you sure you aren't looking at the Rotel RB-956AX. This would be decent(not great) amp for the front stage of your HT. You could bi-amp the LSi's, or bridge the amp to get more power. I don't know anything about the sound quality of this particular amp.

doug, I've got a RB-956AX amp, a RSP-960AX pre, and a RT-850A tuner running in my office with some vintage Polk Monitor 4s. I think the amp sounds great. Not a whole lot of power (I think the A, B, and C channels are all 30 wpc @ 8 ohms) but it is flexible enough that you can bridge the channels if you'd like.
okie has linked the manual on the Rotel website.SDA 2s; HSU STF-2; Yamaha RX-V1

It is NOT recommended to bridge the amp channels for 4 ohm loads. For the price, the amp does sound good.
