Blown Mm120's ???????!!!!!!!!!!

I ave had my MM120's for about three monthes with a Rockford 800a2 amp pushing them, which was suggested by Polk.. This past saturday i was listen to music at a low volume lower than usual when all of a sudden there was no bass!!! So i had everythung checked out and the onlt solution was that they were blown!! No sound come from them at all anymore!!!!!!!!! I am not sure wa to do with these subs b/c i lost the receipt!!!!!!! ANY IDEAS??????????????
