Hey anyone have the s-300 mutipole surround speakers by cambridge. Using them for my rears. Polk all up front. The s-300s are on the wall behind my couch. No side walls. Was wondering if I should mount the rears closer to ceiling aimed down for better sound. Thanks great forum

Stuff like that can depend on room acoustics, which is different for everyone. Lure a friend into your house with some good food and then get him to hold the speakers in different places while you listen.

If you have no friends, you could probably use a ladder :p

I prefer using ladders....ladders won't drink all your beer.
