WTB prologic receiver with preouts

Before I get to my WTB, I have a question. What does everyone do with their crappy audio equipment? I have this preponderance of crap that I've acquired along the way I can't bring myself to throw out, but it's pretty much worth less than the price of shipping. Maybe I just need to have a garage sale. For example:
Sony Dolby Surround sound receiver
Sony Dolby Prologic receiver
Aiwa mini stereo system (2 of them)
Partially broken RM2350
Anyway, I would like to buy a prologic receiver with preouts. I hope to add a power amp at some point, so my goal is to get something on the cheap that has a reasonably good preamp section in it. This is for a second rig that would be mainly 2-channel use with a very rare movie.
