    Yes this is the weirdest thing Ive seen in a while.

    Some hillbilly goes waste deep or so into the water and sticks his hand underwater. When a catfish comes up and bites your hand you grab him by the mouth and pull him out!

    There are a couple of places in western OK that still hold rattlesnake hunts too.

    This reminds me of another somewhat weird event in OK. One of the bars in Stillwater(where OK State U is located) hosts a calf fry(bull ****) eating festival each year.

    It is a large event with several bands and lots of alcoholic beverages.

    One of the annual phrases was:

    "Stillwater's annual **** festival, everyone come have a ball"

    All I can say is those guys are damn lucky they're comin up with a fish from all diggin around and lookin like they're enjoying it.

    Yup, I saw that show too. Just couldn't change the channel. In an Illinois town not to far from where I live has a "Turkey **** Festival" each year.
