Really happy. Been living in the house for 2 years so dont have to move and no closing costs. Only thing i had to pay for was the appraisel. It was a lease option so i already have 10% equity in the house. Looks like no more toys for a bit since all my time & money will be put forth to the house.

Sorry had to tell the 2nd family

Now its time for some celebration beers...(note the plural)

    Ok wasnt really official till tonight but was a done deal. BIG props to my Broker. Dont know how the hell he did it but i am getting a check for 850 and some change for closing. I mean really the way it was closed, i have no clue. It was treated as a Re-Fi blah blah and i get a check Fri.
