HP/LP crossover configuration

Finalizing my system this weekend and request help on crossover settings. My HU has built in HP/LP; my Polk speakers have both HP/LP filters; and my amp (Profile 4400) also has HP/LP. With all three having these filters, do I need to set them all and what settings? Sorry, I don't have a good understanding of these filters.

My updated setup for my Sport Trac is:
Sony CDX-F7715X
Polk DB570s in all 4 doors
Audiobahn A2002T amp (bridged 200w/RMS for sub)
RF 3408 8" sub
Eclipse CD8445 HU
Image Dynamics CXS54 Chameleons component setup
Two 8" Image Dynamics ID8D2v.3 subs
MTX MXA6001 amp for subs
MTX MXA3002 2-channel amp for comps
Accumat and Peel-n-Seal
Stinger and Knukoncpetz wiring

    with your setup, i'd set the crossovers on the amp to about 80 Hz, leaving the other ones alone. you can mess with it a bit, to get the right blend; it will take a bit of experimentation.

    does your amp have infinitely adjustable xovers (little dials or knobs)? or a switch with a couple distinct settings?

    Sorry for the xlarge image, forgot to resize before uploading. Anyway, it looks pretty straight forward and is a Profile California Series 4400, 4-channel amp that will be wired at 50W x 4 to my Polks.
