I have a SBLive 5.1 on a kr7a-r, and I'm using the AMR-130 speakers, which I love BTW. But when I check the "digital output only" tab in the creative surround mixer, all I get is static. Anyone have any ideas?

The digital out is used for if you are hooking up to a decoder, either Dolby Digital/ProLogic 1/2. Might be some speakers that can decode but they would probably brag that it has that support. You are using the analog signal which is straight audio, digital is compressed(zipped if you will) audio that needs to be decompressed before being heard. Your SBLive! 5.1 has a decoder in it(AC3=Dolby Digital) just in case you didn't know. :)
