Are S4's sheilded?

I just got my S4's that I won on an Ebay auction. They are in fantastic shape and I am happy with the way they sound. I was just wondering if they were video sheilded. I seem to be getting some low level feedback when using them to listen to the Sat/TV. It is just kind of a humming noise but can only hear it when the sound pauses in the programming.

    I don't think video shielding would effect the sound like that, not sure though. I used to own a pair of these and they're wonderful speakers, don't remember if they're shielded or not.

    if they aren't, you should be able to attach a bucking magnet to the back of the one on the driver and make them shielded...

    What is a bucking magnet? I was wondering how speakers are magnetically shielded.
