Psw12 Optimization Help

I have some general questions regarding the PSW12. I just bought this sub and it is my first home theater subwoofer. I notice all the settings on the back and i am curious on where they should be for optimized performance. I am hooked into a JVC RX-7000V receiver. The movies i like to watch are chronicles of riddick, the patriot etc.. (pretty much all action movies). So, if there is anyone who might have this sub that could help me i would appreciate it. My room size is 20'w x 25'L. The sub is about 13' away from the central are of the room. Thanks in advance everyone.

    Volume at 12 oclock - gonna need it that much in ur room I'm afraid

    80 hz - if u have regular speakers, if u have the RM series, like 100-140hz

    If it has a phase switch, I recomend 180 degrees
