Another cable company (ElementCable.com) offers good quality cables at resonable prices, and I want to recommend to the forum.
Their customer service is excelent. Chris is an excelent guy to talk to. Chris offers 5% for Polk members (just mention "Haimoc" recommendation in your order).
I am only one of Element customer. No advertisement here.
I think this might be benefit to Polk members that are looking good cables at the budget prices. Give it a try.

Looks like nice cables, but I've seen them somewhere before??- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

Yes, I think both companies offers somewhat similar products.. I actually have a couple of the power cords from both of them. Not much different. Just personal taste which one you like it.
Personally, I like the Element interconnection (Twisted Pair II)cables. Orders are easier without Paypal. -
The formal review of the cable actually references Signal Cable....Tom Campbell offers the typical generic review of a different cable, nothing special.
They are ALL DIY type designs, and Jon Risch is certainly the guru of DIY, so at least he's accurate in that respect.
Why he calls River cable a "established pro" outfit as opposed to Signal being a "startup" is beyond me, but perhaps he was on drugs that day.
I don't think the Element manufacturer is a loser, at least he uses a proven idea, coupled with Cardas connectors....it's certainly above Blue Jean Cable IMO, but nothing special in regards to Signal.
I'll order a pair, to be fair.
This bracket is filled with offerings, and IMO Signal is still the best of the bunch. Sorry, but plus or minus a couple dollars isn't going to make a difference sonically.
Terminations define this bracket, period.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint. -
haimoc,
Always good to have more options... thanks for the hook up.
Sid,
Since haimoc was good enough to honor Russ' request over in the Signal offer thread, might want to do a little editing on your post as well.
doro,
Took me a bit to find the review on which you were commenting (since I immediately scrolled down the Element home page to see all the purdy pictures).
Here it is for anyone else who is curious...

Thanks for reading and comments..
I have a late start to audio a couple years ago.. With tight budget, I tried different cables (interconnection, speaker, power) like StraigtWire, XLO, Cobalt, BlueJeans, Signal, Transparent, Monster, Acoustics Research, etc... Most of them are second hand, and few of them are just waste of the money. To me, AV cables are the most confused market.
I think having more options on reasonable budget and quality cables will benefit whoever new to the Audio market. Whether one likes a particular brand or not, it is just a personal reference.
ElementCable is just my recommendation based on personal experience. Nothing more or less. Their service is excelent. -
